The production method comprises the following steps of (1) mixing rubber: putting rubber powder and glue in a mixer, heating to 50 DEG C, and mixing into uniform sizing materials, wherein the sizing materials of a base layer and a surface layer of the runway are made of EPDM (Ethylene-Propylene-Diene Monomer) rubber as raw materials; (2) feeding: sending the sizing material of the base layer to a head platform of a runway forming machine, and turning on the forming machine, so that the sizing material is scraped by a scraper so as to uniformly enter; (3) hot-press forming the base layer: transmitting the solidified base layer of the runway to the tail end of the forming machine by a conveying belt, wherein the control temperature of a heating drum of the forming machine is 135 to 140 DEG C; and (4) hot-press forming the surface layer: like the head end, feeding the sizing material of the surface layer to a tail platform, so that the sizing material is scraped by the scraper so as to uniformly enter, wherein the control temperature of the heating drum is 135 to 140 DEG C, and carrying out solidifying forming on the surface layer of the runway.
