Problems solved by technology

However, DTT is often unable to restore the disulfide bonds embedded in the protein structure (inaccessible to solvents), and the reduction of such disulfide bonds often requires denaturation of the protein first.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a far-infrared wool fabric by adopting a dithiothreitol aqueous solution. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a dissolving solution, namely adding dithiothreitol and sodium dodecyl sulfate into water, forming a mixed solution, regulating pH value to be 8-9, then adding tourmaline powder (more than 600 meshes), and ultrasonically oscillating, thus obtaining the dissolving solution dispersed with the tourmaline powder (more than 600 meshes); (2) padding a wool fabric in the dissolving solution obtained in the step (1) for multiple times; (3) radiating the padded wool fabric under infrared rays; and (4) impregnating the radiated wool fabric in a methanol solution, solidifying, and then washing and drying. The method provided by the invention has the advantages that the preparation technology is simple and feasible, the cost is low, the strength loss on the wool fabric is small, the surface properties of the wool fabric are not changed, and the tourmaline powder has good fastness on the wool fabric; and no adhesive is used in preparation process, so that the non-toxic and harmless effects are achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing functional fabrics, in particular to a method for preparing far-infrared wool fabrics by using dithiothreitol aqueous solution. Background technique [0002] Functional fiber materials can be prepared by introducing nanoparticles into textile fibers. At present, there are many preparation methods for introducing nanoparticles into wool fibers, such as: adsorption method, sol-gel method, layer-by-layer assembly method, coating method and so on. However, the adsorption method mainly uses the intermolecular van der Waals force and ionic bond force to make the nanoparticles adsorb to the surface of the wool fiber, and the washing fastness is low; the process of the sol-gel method and the layer-by-layer assembly method is long and difficult to control; The coating method is to use adhesives to bond nanoparticles to the surface of wool fibers, which reduces the skin affinity of wool fibers to the human body. ...
