Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the prior art, in order to improve the cooperative transmission performance of the gear and the rack, it is often directly injected with lubricating oil or coated with lubricating grease, and the effect is better. However, the obvious disadvantage is that the lubricating oil or lubricating grease must be used before Refill or coat for continued lubricating performance

Abstract

The invention discloses a self-lubricating coating for gear rack surfaces. The coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-30 parts of a solvent, 15-20 parts of urea-formaldehyde resin, 5-15 parts of epoxy resin, 6-21 parts of phenolic resin, 3-12 parts of alcohol-soluble polyamide, 3-10 parts of rosin, 2-5 parts of graphite powder, and 5-16 parts of a silane coupling agent. According to the invention, the coating is simple in design, but high in efficiency, and suitable for metal gear racks, and has relatively-high application values.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of gears and racks, in particular to a self-lubricating coating on the surface of a rack. Background technique [0002] The rack is a flat plate or a straight rod with a series of equidistantly distributed teeth. The rack is also divided into a straight rack and a helical rack, which are paired with a spur gear and a helical gear respectively. Through the combination of gear transmission and rack transmission, especially when it involves linear transmission, the transmission mode of rack and pinion is often used, which has the advantages of stable transportation, accurate step distance and load capacity. In order to prevent the wear, pitting and gluing of racks and gears and improve their service life, the lubrication of racks and gears is particularly important. [0003] In the prior art, in order to improve the cooperative transmission performance of the gear and the rack, it is often directly injected with lubrica...
