Abstract

The invention discloses a 2-chlorinized,3-polyhydroxypropyl isopropylamine quaternary ammonium salt surfactant-containing corrosion inhibitor. The corrosion inhibitor can be applied to an aluminum alloy corrosion inhibition system for aviation; and a 2-chlorinized,3-polyhydroxypropyl isopropylamine quaternary ammonium salt surfactant can be independently used as a corrosion inhibitor, or the 2-chlorinized,3-polyhydroxypropyl isopropylamine quaternary ammonium salt surfactant can be combined with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or cerium chloride heptahydrate. An experiment shows that compared with the corrosion inhibition capacity of a corrosion inhibitor independently taking a synthesis raw material isopropamide, the corrosion inhibition capacity of the corrosion inhibitor is improved to different extends, and a corrosion inhibition system is outstanding in synergistic effect; and the corrosion inhibitor has wide application value.
