The production method comprises the following steps: selecting materials: selecting sludge which is generated by a sewage treatment plant and has the moisture content of 80 percent and clay as raw materials; drying: naturally stacking the sludge and drying the sludge to enable the moisture content of the dried sludge to be 40 percent to 50 percent; mixing: conveying the clay and the dried sludge into a stirrer according to the weight ratio of 1 to 1 and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed materials; granulating: conveying the obtained mixed materials into a granulator and granulating to prepare particles with the grain diameter of 1cm to 2cm; firing: firing at three phases.
