Problems solved by technology

On the other hand, if the adhesive layer is cured in order to improve the anti-foaming property, the step followability will decrease
[0009] In addition, when the storage modulus (G') of the adhesive layer is lowered as described above, the film strength of the adhesive layer decreases and the workability deteriorates.
For example, when the adhesive sheet is die-cut, etc., the adhesive overflows from the cut surface and causes the adhesive to adhere to the blade.

[0094] (4) Preparation of adhesive composition

[0095] The adhesive composition P can be produced by preparing a (meth)acrylate polymer (A), and adding a crosslinking agent (B) and additive.

[0096] The (meth)acrylate polymer (A) can be produced by polymerizing a mixture of monomers constituting a polymer by a normal radical polymerization method. It is preferable to perform polymerization of a (meth)acrylate polymer (A) by the solution polymerization method using a polymerization initiator as needed. Examples of the polymerization solvent include ethyl acetate, n-butyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, toluene, acetone, hexane, methyl ethyl ketone, and the like, and two or more of them may be used in combination.

[0097] Examples of the polymerization initiator include azo compounds, organic peroxides, and the like, and two or more types may be used in combination. Examples of azo compounds include 2,2'-azobisisobutyronitrile, 2,2'-azobis(2-methylbutyronitrile), 1,1'-azobis(cy...

[0201] -Production of a laminate having a first adhesive layer or a second adhesive layer-

[0202] (1) Preparation of (meth)acrylate polymer (A)

[0203] A (meth)acrylate polymer (A) was prepared by copolymerizing 60 parts by mass of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 20 parts by mass of methyl methacrylate, and 20 parts by mass of 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate. As a result of measuring the molecular weight of this (meth)acrylate polymer (A) by the method mentioned later, the weight average molecular weight (Mw) was 600,000.

[0204] (2) Preparation of Adhesive Composition P

[0205]100 parts by mass of the (meth)acrylate polymer (A) obtained in the above step (1) (value in terms of solid content; the same applies hereinafter), trimethylolpropane-modified toluene as a crosslinking agent (B) 0.25 parts by mass of diisocyanate (manufactured by Nippon Polyurethane Industry Co., Ltd., product name "Coronate L"), and 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane (Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., product name...

Abstract

The present invention aims to provide an adhesive sheet and a display body. There is provided the adhesive sheet 1 having an adhesive layer 2, wherein the adhesive layer 2 comprises a first adhesive layer 21 as an outer layer on one surface side, a second adhesive layer 22 as an outer layer on the other surface side and a third adhesive layer 23 positioned as an intermediate layer between the first adhesive layer 21 and the second adhesive layer 22.An adhesive constituting the first adhesive layer 21 and an adhesive constituting the second adhesive layer 22 have a storage modulus (G') at 23 DEG C of 0.1 MPa or more, respectively. The third adhesive layer 23 is constituted of an active energy ray-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive. The storage modulus (G') at 23 DEG C of the active energy ray-curable pressure-sensitive adhesive before curing is lower than the storage modulus (G') at 23 DEG C of the adhesive constituting the first adhesive layer 21 and the storage modulus (G') at 23 DEG C of the adhesive constituting the second adhesive layer 22.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet suitable for laminating constituent members of a display body, and a display body obtained by using an adhesive layer of the adhesive sheet. Background technique [0002] In recent years, various mobile electronic devices such as smartphones and tablet computers have been equipped with displays using a display module, which is usually a touch panel, and the display module has a liquid crystal element, a light-emitting diode (LED element), Organic electroluminescent (organic EL) elements, etc. [0003] In the above-mentioned display, a protective panel is usually provided on the surface side of the display module. As electronic devices become thinner and lighter, the above-mentioned protective panels have been changed from conventional glass plates to plastic plates such as acrylic plates and polycarbonate plates. [0004] In Hua, a gap is provided between the protective panel and the display module t...
