Embodiment 1

[0028] Hydrolyze ethyl orthosilicate and triethyl phosphate under the catalysis of 2mol / L nitric acid to form a sol, then add calcium nitrate and stir evenly, after aging, drying, grinding, and calcining at 700 degrees Celsius for 2 hours, the glass powder is obtained. After grinding and sieving, bioactive glass particles are obtained. The results of SEM observation of the particle size and morphology of the particles are as follows: figure 1 shown.

[0029] With a mass fraction of 0.05% Na 2 CO 3 The aqueous solution is boiled to treat the raw silk 5 times, 1 hour each time, the temperature is 100°C, and the liquor ratio is 1:100. Fully wash with distilled water, dry naturally to obtain pure silk fiber, use CaCl with a molar ratio of 1:2:8 2 、CH 3 CH 2 Dissolve OH and H2O in a ternary solvent, the mass ratio of solution to raw silk is 10:1, stir and dissolve at 78 degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixed solution, inject the solution obtained after cooling into a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a skin regeneration material loaded with bioactive glass particles. The method specifically comprises the steps of 1, preparing glass powder; 2, preparing silk fibroin concentrated aqueous solution; and 3, mixing and evenly stirring the glass powder, polyvinyl alcohol, chitosan solution and the silk fibroin solution, conducting vacuum defoamation to obtain blended solution, obtaining a four-dimensional porous support with the freezing-drying method, cross-linking the four-dimensional porous support with glutaraldehyde solution, and conducting freeze drying again after repeated cleaning to obtain the finished product. The skin regeneration material is a high-performance skin substitute for treatment of serious skin defects like wounds and burns as well as chronic ulcers of skin, and can remarkably promote healing of a wound surface and reduce scar hyperplasia, so as to relieve pain for patients. The skin regeneration material can be widely applied to wounds, burns, plastic surgery and other aspects. The preparing method is simple, raw materials are widely available, production efficiency is high, and the preparing method is suitable for industrialized production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of skin science, in particular to a preparation method of a skin regeneration material loaded with bioactive glass particles. Background technique [0002] The skin is the largest organ of the human body, mainly composed of the epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue, and is also rich in blood vessels and nerves. In daily life, due to various reasons such as trauma, burns, ulcers, surgery and congenital deformities, it is easy to cause skin defects. Although skin tissue has a strong regenerative ability, for large-area full-thickness skin defects, the regenerative ability of the skin is obviously insufficient due to the loss of the dermis. The key to treating full-thickness skin defects is to rebuild and regenerate dermal tissue, promote early wound closure, and avoid complications such as microbial invasion. So far, autologous skin grafting is still the most effective method for clinical treatment of full-thickne...
