Abstract

The invention discloses a fingerprint sensor and electronic equipment. The fingerprint sensor comprises sensing electrodes, a protective layer and operational amplifiers. The protective layer and the sensing electrodes are arranged in the same layer, the protective layer is arranged surrounding each sensing electrode, and is connected to a reference ground, and the reference ground loads changing reference signals. Each operational amplifier comprises an amplifier and a feedback branch, the amplifier comprises an in-phase end, an anti-phase end and an output end, the anti-phase end is connected with one corresponding sensing electrode, the feedback branch is connected between the anti-phase end and the output end, the in-phase end is connected to the reference ground directly or indirectly, and thus, the voltage difference between the sensing electrodes and the protective layer is kept unchanged. In the fingerprint sensor, when an electrostatic discharge (ESD) phenomenon occurs in the surface of the fingerprint sensor, electrostatic energy can be released to the reference ground via the protective layer, and the ESD resistance of the fingerprint sensor can be improved. The voltage difference between the sensing electrodes and the reference ground is kept unchanged, so that the sensitivity of the fingerprint sensor is not influenced.
