Abstract

The invention discloses a gum polyurethane protective film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of coating a thermoplastic polyurethane base film with gum with a photocurable composition and carrying out ultraviolet radiation curing, wherein the photocurable composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of urethane acrylate, 10-20 parts of bisphenol A epoxy acrylate resin, 2-4 parts of fluorine-modified oligomer, 6-10 parts of multifunctional acrylic ester, 1-3 parts of polyether polyol and 1-2 parts of a photoinitiator. The preparation method of the gum polyurethane protective film is simple; the prepared product is good in scratch resistance; and a coating has relatively good hydrophobic and oleophobic properties and good weather resistance.
