Abstract

The invention discloses a film capacitor impregnant which is prepared from mixed vegetable oil, modified bentonite, urea-formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, 1, 1-diphenyl ethane, nano silicon dioxide, sodium alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate. The mixed vegetable oil is prepared from olive oil, coconut oil, grape seed oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, rice bran oil, jojoba oil, and evening primrose oil. The modified bentonite is prepared from bentonite, glycerin, sodium stearate, polydimethylsiloxane, sodium hexametaphosphate, and fatty acid polyethylene glycol ester. The impregnant prepared by the method is highly compatible with films, and has high aromaticity, low viscosity and low solidifying point. The low-temperature partial discharge performance of film capacitors is improved. The ratio characteristic, stability and service life of products are improved.
