Abstract

The invention provides a novel heat-insulation combustion auxiliary device for an internal-combustion engine. The device comprises an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) pump, a high-pressure gas pipe, a high-pressure gas track, exhaust gas distributing pipes, electrically-controlled gas nozzles, an EGR pipe and an ECU; the electrically-controlled gas nozzles are connected with the high-pressure gas track through the exhaust gas distributing pipes; the high-pressure gas track is connected with the EGR pump through the high-pressure gas pipe; when proper heat insulation is required to be performed on the engine, the ECU issues a command, the electrically-controlled gas nozzles mounted on a gas cylinder wall are opened, high-pressure engine exhaust gas is sprayed in, a vortex rotating around the central line of a gas cylinder is produced through movement relative to a cylinder liner, and the rotating direction of the vortex is identical with the direction of a vortex formed by a gas channel in a pit of a combustion chamber, so that vortex flow zones are formed above the top surface of a piston and nearby heat-transfer surfaces such as the surface of the cylinder liner and the like, proper insulation is performed on the wall surface of the combustion chamber and a high-temperature combustion area, wall surface heat transfer is reduced, and the low-heat-dissipation combustion process is realized.
