Problems solved by technology

At present, decorative mortar has not been widely used in China. There are mainly two problems. One is that the efflorescence problem of decorative mortar is difficult to solve, resulting in poor decorative effect; the other is that the heat insulation effect of decorative mortar is not good. Good, unable to achieve good heat insulation and energy saving effect

[0037] The preparation method of the above-mentioned building decoration mortar is simple and convenient to use. The obtained building decoration mortar not only has a good decoration and beautification effect, but also overcomes the problem of efflorescence, and also significantly improves the mechanical strength and durability. In addition, it can also reflect 10% of sunlight ~20% infrared radiation, play the role of heat insulation and energy saving.

[0038] The present invention also provides an application of the above-mentioned building decoration mortar in an embodiment in preparing a building exterior wall decoration layer.

[0039] The above-mentioned building decoration mortar can directly form a building exterior wall decoration layer on the wall surface, and can also be used on the surface of a prefabricated concrete component to form a building exterior wall decoration layer. The obtained building exterior wall decorative layer not only has a good decorative and ...

Embodiment 1

[0042] The building decoration mortar of Example 1 comprises, in parts by weight: 25 parts of Portland cement, 46 parts of high alumina cement, 8 parts of anhydrite, 230 parts of 40-70 mesh quartz sand, 460 parts of 70-140 mesh quartz sand 120 parts of 325 mesh quartz sand, 0.9 parts of wood fiber, 50 parts of redispersible latex powder, 0.9 parts of cellulose ether, 0.12 parts of starch ether, 1 part of water repellent, 3 parts of efflorescence inhibitor, 1.3 parts of water reducer , 1.5 parts of retarder, 0.4 parts of accelerator and 15 parts of NiSbTi yellow. The preparation method of the building decoration mortar of the embodiment 1: mix each component uniformly according to the weight ratio.

[0043] Add 195 parts of water to the above-mentioned building decoration mortar and mix evenly, and use a spray gun to spray the building decoration mortar on the wall to be constructed to obtain a yellow-toned infrared heat-reflecting building decoration mortar beautifying the wal...

Embodiment 2

[0045] The building decoration mortar of Example 2 includes, in parts by weight: 26 parts of Portland cement, 50 parts of high alumina cement, 11 parts of anhydrite, 220 parts of 40-70 mesh quartz sand, 450 parts of 70-140 mesh quartz sand 112 parts of 325 mesh quartz sand, 1.2 parts of wood fiber, 40 parts of redispersible latex powder, 1.1 parts of cellulose ether, 0.2 parts of starch ether, 1.5 parts of water repellent, 4.3 parts of efflorescence inhibitor, 1.4 parts of water reducer , 1.3 parts of setting retarder, 0.45 parts of setting accelerator and 20 parts of MnSbTi brown. The preparation method of the architectural decoration mortar of Example 2: mix the components evenly according to the weight and number ratio.

[0046] Add 220 parts of water to the above-mentioned building decoration mortar and mix it uniformly, spray the building decoration mortar on the wall to be constructed with a spray gun, and obtain a brown-toned infrared heat-reflecting building decoration...

Abstract

The invention relates to architectural decoration mortar and an application thereof. The architectural decoration mortar contains the ingredients in parts by weight: 24-28 parts of silicate cement, 40-65 parts of high-alumina cement, 7-15 parts of plaster, 200-240 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 40 to 70 meshes, 440-475 parts of quartz sand with the particle size of 70 to 140 meshes, 0.5-2.2 parts of wood fibers and 5-33 parts of metal alloy pigment. According to the architectural decoration mortar, the silicate cement, the high-alumina cement and the plaster serve as a gelatinization system, the silicate cement and the high-alumina cement can rapidly produce ettringite with the plaster in case of encountering water, the ettringite wraps the surface of cement clinker so as to form a protective film, thus, the production and further hydration of calcium hydroxide are avoided, then, the production of alkalis is reduced, and the problem of efforescence is solved. The high-alumina cement and the silicate cement jointly produce gehlenite hydrate during hydration; and by adopting the quartz sand of size distribution and the wood fibers, the mechanical strength and durability of the architectural decoration mortar are further guaranteed. The architectural decoration mortar can reflect 10% to 20% of infrared radiation in sunlight, thereby playing roles in insulating heat and saving energy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of building technology, in particular to a building decoration mortar and its application. Background technique [0002] As a building decoration material, decorative mortar has been widely used in building wall decoration instead of paint and ceramic tiles in developed countries. Decorative mortar is prepared with cementitious materials and polymeric non-materials as the main additives, together with aggregates, fillers and natural mineral pigments. It has a good decorative effect. At present, decorative mortar has not been widely used in China. There are mainly two problems. One is that the efflorescence problem of decorative mortar is difficult to solve, resulting in poor decorative effect; the other is that the heat insulation effect of decorative mortar is not good. Good, can not achieve better heat insulation and energy saving effect. Contents of the invention [0003] Based on this, it is necessary to prov...
