Problems solved by technology

[0004] The entire cocoon processing process is relatively complicated and labor-intensive
[0005] Wild silkworms include tussah silkworms, castor silkworms, hemp silkworms, cypress silkworms, celestial silkworms, willow silkworms, etc. Among the wild silkworms, the cocoons made by tussah silkworms can be reeled, while the cocoons made by other wild silkworms are not easy to reel silk, such as castor silkworm cocoons. The layer is relatively thin, accounting for about 10% of the entire castor cocoon, and the cocoon coat accounts for about 3.6%. There is no obvious boundary between the cocoon coat and the cocoon layer. The length of unwinding silk is about 20 m, and its fineness value is between 0.9 and 1.8 den, and its unevenness is relatively large, so it is difficult to reel. It is mainly used as raw material for silk spinning, and it is generally cut into short fibers to make silk. Spinning raw materials or making silk floss, with low added value

Embodiment Construction

[0019] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0020] The equipment used in the embodiment of the present invention to directly draw and bundle the silk from the silk spinning mouth of the cooked silkworm includes a silk drawing device for cooked silkworm 1 , a silk collection hole 2 , an infrared dryer 3 , a rotating silk winding device 4 , and a headstock 5 .

[0021] The silk drawing device 1 for cooked silkworms is formed by a fixed installation of the silk drawing chamber 6 . Select an appropriate number of spinning chambers 6 according to the thickness of the required silk. The spinning chamber 6 is a cuboid, including two parts, the back cover 6-1 and the silkworm room 6-2. The cooked silkworm is put into the silkworm room 6-2 by the silkworm opening A, and the other end is the silk drawing mouth B, and the silk in the silk spinning mouth of the cooked silkworm is drawn out from the silk drawing mouth B.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for direct silk drawing and beam collection from matured silkworm spinneret orifices and equipment thereof. The equipment comprises a matured silkworm silk drawing device, a silk collecting hole, an infrared drying device, a rotating silk winding device and a headstock. The method comprises the following steps of (1) putting the matured silkworms about to spin into silk drawing rooms; covering back covers; (2) respectively drawing silk from the spinneret orifices of the matured silkworms in each silk drawing room; passing the silk through the silk collection hole, the infrared drying device and a moving silk guiding hook to be wound onto a silk rolling roller; then, turning on the infrared drying device for drying. A miniature motor arranged on the rotating silk winding device is started; the silk rolling roller is driven to rotate and complete the silk winding; the rotating wire winding device is provided with a guide rod; a moving silk guide hook is arranged on the guide rod and can do reciprocating movement on the guide rod to form the uniform package. The rotating silk winding device can rotate through being driven by a variable-frequency motor, and the silk can be properly twisted, so that the beam collection is convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method and equipment for producing silk, in particular to a method and equipment for directly drawing and bunching silk from the silk spinning mouth of cooked silkworms. Background technique [0002] Silk is made by coagulating the silk liquid secreted by silk glands in silkworms. The silk gland is a transparent tubular organ tube, one on the left and one on the left, respectively located on both sides of the silkworm body under the esophagus. It is thin and curved. In the head of the silkworm, the two tubes merge into one silk-spinning tube. The silk gland is divided into the silk-spinning mouth, the front silk feeding tube, the middle silk storage tube and the longest silk-producing part at the back. The length ratio of each part of the silk gland is 1:2:6. The silk secretion part secretes silk fibroin and sericin. Sericin wraps around silk fibroin to protect silk fibroin. The silk storage part secretes pigments to dye s...
