Abstract

The invention relates to an ecological porous concrete and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding silica fume and strong acid-weak base salt during batch mixing and stirring of concrete; carrying out rapid carbonization with CO2 or gas containing CO2 on a test block from molding and maintenance period to concrete age; and spraying Evercrete DPS onto the surface of the test block. According to the method, the principles of alkali absorption by the silica fume, alkali elimination by the strong acid-weak base salt, alkali immobilization by carbonization and alkali sealing by the Evercrete DPS are employed for alkali degradation, so the porous concrete having undergone the alkali degradation has good compressive strength and an alkalinity value (a pH value of 6 to 10) suitable for plant growth, can meet needs of most green and environment-friendly projects and is beneficial for maintaining ecological balance and realizing sustainable development.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an environment-friendly building material, in particular to an ecological porous concrete and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Ecological porous concrete is a new type of environmentally friendly building material with a special structure and performance between ordinary concrete and cultivated soil. It is made of cement, coarse aggregate, water, etc. according to a specific mix ratio. A type of concrete product that is continuously porous and suitable for the growth of green plants. At present, there are still many problems in the preparation technology of ecological porous concrete, which limits its wide application. The key technology for the successful preparation of ecological porous concrete is how to reduce the alkalinity in the pores of porous concrete to meet the requirements of vegetation growth. [0003] The biggest feature of ecological porous concrete is its vegetation. The green plants...
