Abstract

The preparation method comprises the steps of manufacturing an electrode bar through adopting a vacuum induction melting method; after the electrode bar is subjected to surface polishing, putting the electrode bar into an electroslag remelting furnace to be subjected to electroslag remelting, so as to obtain an electroslag steel ingot; after cogging of the electroslag steel ingot, cutting and grinding defective parts, and putting the electroslag steel ingot into a forging heating furnace to be subjected to heat preservation forging; after ultrasonic nondestructive inspection of the electroslag steel ingot subjected to heat preservation forging, processing the electroslag steel ingot to obtain a bar material; processing a centering hole in the center of the excircle at one end of the bar material; putting the bar material with the processed centering hole into a heating furnace to be heated; carrying out three-roll piercing on the heated bar material through utilizing a three-roll cross-rolling piercer; and carrying out water cooling on the bar material subjected to three-roll piercing to the room temperature to form the GH625 high-temperature alloy tube blank. Through utilization of the preparation method, the finished product rate of the tube blank can be increased.
