Abstract

The invention discloses a ketogenic-diet composition containing active polysaccharide, and preparation and application methods thereof; the composition is a food prepared through adding dietary fibers and the polysaccharide component having immuno-enhancing activity based on a general ketogenic-diet formula and through combination preparation and supplied for patients to conveniently eat; specifically, the ketogenic-diet composition comprises the used raw material by mass: 1 part of fats, 0.2-1 part of proteins, 0.2-0.4 part of the dietary fibers, and 0.01-0.2 part of the active polysaccharide. The preparation method comprises 5 steps of raw material cleaning, drying, mixing, sterilizing and packaging. The application method comprises that the ketogenic-diet composition is used as a dietary therapy substance to be directly eaten by cancer patients.
