Embodiment Construction

[0020] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with embodiment.

[0021] Weigh equal volumes of white oil and deionized water at a ratio of 1:1 to prepare an emulsion. Specifically, an emulsion preparation device can be used for preparation, wherein the emulsion preparation device includes an upper substrate, a lower substrate and a middle channel plate. The emulsion preparation device feeds white oil into the upper base plate, feeds water into the lower base plate, uses the combination of T-shaped and Y-shaped channel bifurcations to generate emulsion in the channel, and then collects the prepared emulsion. Disperse an appropriate amount of surfactants Span80 and Tween80 in the oil phase, and stir in a water bath at 50°C, and place a certain quality of the water phase in the same water bath. After equilibrating at 50°C for ten minutes, the aqueous phase was slowly added dropwise at a fixed rate to the oil solution of the surfactant. After the em...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a water-in-oil type nanometer emulsion. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing and generating a water-in-oil type emulsion by utilizing T-type and Y-type furcated combination channels; in a dispersion phase containing an oil or water component, diluting the water-in-oil type emulsion through adding a nonionic polymer surfactant, simultaneously stirring for more than 5 minutes at a certain stirring speed and dropwise adding a certain volume of water at the same stirring speed; controlling the temperature of the water-in-oil type emulsion to be 5-60 DEG C under the action of stirring and keeping the temperature for 3-6 minutes; adding a solution containing an aqueous solution and a hydrophilic surfactant component in the water-in-oil type emulsion, wherein the volume ratio of an oil phase to a water phase is not less than 7:3, and the ratio of the total mass of the surfactant to the mass of the water phase is 0.3-1.0; then enabling the temperature of the whole system to reach a room temperature under stirring so as to prepare the stable water-in-oil type nanometer emulsion. A low-energy emulsification method coupling the component and the temperature overcomes the defect of limited applicability of a conventional low-energy emulsification method and has the advantages of being wider in applicability, low in energy consumption and low in cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a water-in-oil nanoemulsion, in particular to preparing a water-in-oil type nanoemulsion by coupling variable components and temperature, and belongs to the technical field of nanoemulsion preparation. Background technique [0002] An emulsion is a heterogeneous system in which one liquid is closely dispersed in another liquid in the form of droplets. Conventional scale emulsions (0.5 μm ~ 100 μm) often have weaknesses such as unstable thermodynamic properties and poor adsorption capacity. It is worth noting that when the size of the emulsion is reduced to the nanometer scale (usually less than 500nm), the thermodynamic stability, dynamic stability and dispersion uniformity of the emulsion are greatly improved due to the increase of surface tension and specific surface area, and it is not easy to This type of emulsion is usually called nanoemulsion, which is widely used in petroleum exploration, medicine...
