Problems solved by technology

[0004] 1) In the prior art, the objects of electrospinning are all polymer materials, which are easily oxidized, have low lifespan, and are difficult to recycle;
[0005] 2) In the prior art, electrospinning is difficult to prepare nanofibers from non-polymer materials with high melting point or high surface tension;
[0006] 3) The traditional glass nanofiber production process has low efficiency, high energy consumption, unevenness, disorder and uncontrollability;
[0007] 4) In the nanomaterials obtained by traditional solvent electrospinning, solvent molecules may be incorporated into the spinning, which will bring poisoning hazards and damage to the environment. At the same time, solvent electrospinning has some subsidiary but necessary processes (such as adding polyols and isocyanates to polyurethane or recovering most of the solvents), these processes are cost-intensive
[0008] In the current research process, there is no effective solution to the above problems

Abstract

The invention discloses a melt electrostatic spinning preparation method of nano inorganic salt fibers. The melt electrostatic spinning preparation method comprises the following steps: building a temperature field, a pressure field and an electrostatic field with graphite pipes, then preparing inorganic salt melt liquid via the temperature field, spraying the inorganic salt melt liquid from a spraying head via the pressure field, enabling a sprayed inorganic salt material to enter the electrostatic field and be provided with static electricity, and blowing cold inert gas in the spinning direction, wherein the inorganic salt material is quickly stretched in the electrostatic field to form nano fibers; receiving the fibers with a roller serving as a fiber receiver. The melt electrostatic spinning preparation method has the benefits: due to the melt electrostatic spinning method, inorganic non-metal salt with high melting point or high surface tension is pushed to be developed towards the nano-level direction; no solvent is used, so that the method is a green manufacturing method capable of preparing continuous nano fibers with smooth surfaces; no other substance molecules can be doped into the nano fibers, so that the purity is high; due to no solvent and high temperature, the production procedure for preparing glass nano fibers of the melt electrostatic spinning method is simple and extremely high in industrialization potential.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrospinning, in particular to a method for preparing nanometer inorganic salt fiber melted electrospinning. Background technique [0002] With the development of science and technology, the research of nanofibers has become one of the frontier research fields. Nanofibers have great application potential in various application fields, such as biomedicine (tissue engineering, wound dressing), filtration (seawater desalination, PM2.5 treatment), composite materials (military navigation, air coating in aviation ( Nanomaterials can form an air layer on the hull to reduce drag)), sensing and chemical catalysis. Although the potential application fields of nanofibers are large, the development of nanomaterials is currently limited. [0003] However, the existing problems mainly include the following four points: [0004] 1) In the prior art, the objects of electrospinning are all polymer materials, which ...
