The water-saving faucet comprises a water storage tank (1), wherein a pressure sensor (4) is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank (1); one end of the water storage tank (1) is connected with a water inlet tube (3); a water inlet valve (2) is arranged on the water inlet tube (3); the other end of the water storage tank (1) is connected with a faucet body (8) through a water outlet tube (5); a water outlet (9) and a hand detergent outlet (12) are formed in the faucet body (8); the water outlet (9) is controlled by a water outlet switch (10) to be opened or closed; the hand detergent outlet (12) is controlled by a hand detergent switch (13) to be opened or closed; the water inlet valve (2), the pressure sensor (4) and the hand detergent switch (13) are connected with a signal processing device (6).
