Abstract

The invention relates to a method for dissolving low- and medium-grade phosphorite by using phosphorite pit water microbial flora. The method comprises the following steps: (1) enrichment cultivation of phosphorite pit water microbial flora: performing enrichment cultivation on the phosphorite pit water microbial flora to obtain a phosphorite pit water microbial flora enrichment culture solution; (2) dissolving of the low- and medium-grade phosphorite by using the phosphorite pit water microbial flora: adding a non-phosphorus culture medium and the low- and medium-grade phosphorite into a container, and then adding the phosphorite pit water microbial flora enrichment culture solution for cultivation. The method is simple technologically, low in requirement on cultivation condition and environment-friendly; the low- and medium-grade phosphorite solubilization efficiency is over 60 percent. The microbial flora is from phosphorite pit water, and is high in phosphorite environment adaptability, so that microbial acclimation cultivation is not needed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of phosphate rock mining and processing, in particular to a method for dissolving medium and low-grade phosphate rock by utilizing microbial flora in pit water of phosphate rock. Background technique [0002] my country is a country rich in phosphate rock resources, but most of them are medium and low-grade phosphate rock. Among the proven reserves of phosphate rock in my country, the average grade of phosphate rock is about 17%, and the rich ore with an ore grade greater than 30% does not exceed 10% of the total reserves. The middle and low-grade phosphate rock with an ore grade of less than 30% has fine particle size, complex mineral composition and high impurity content. These factors determine that the production cost is high and the economic benefit is low when the traditional wet or thermal phosphate fertilizer production process is used to process these low-grade phosphate rocks. [0003] At present...
