The processing system comprises a PEVA film which is sequentially connected to a rolling device through a steering roller, a supporting roller, a hot air type oven and a corona unit; a coating roller is arranged below the steering roller; the bottom of the coating roller is soaked into an antibacterial agent emulsion tank; and a submersible mixer is further arranged on the inner part of the antibacterial agent emulsion tank. The invention further discloses a processing method for manufacturing the antibacterial PEVA film, wherein the processing method comprises the following steps: preparing the PEVA film; preparing antibacterial agent emulsion; uniformly coating the prepared antibacterial agent emulsion on the surface of the PEVA film by virtue of the coating roller; drying by utilizing the hot air type oven; and carrying out corona treatment on the dried PEVA film on which the antibacterial agent emulsion coats, thereby expanding the surface area of an antibacterial agent coating. By adopting the technology, the antibacterial agent emulsion uniformly coats on the surface of the PEVA film directly, and the PEVA film is dried and subjected to the corona treatment, so that the processing system has the advantages of being good in antibacterial performance, low in cost, and the like.
