Embodiment 1

[0022] Example 1 Lignin removal and hydrolytic saccharification of bamboo powder

[0023] Including the following steps:

[0024] (1) Crush the bamboo to a particle size of less than 2mm, take 100g of bamboo powder and add it to 500mL of 10% hydrogen peroxide and 10% sodium hydroxide solution, mix well at room temperature, stir at 90°C for 60 minutes, cool naturally and then vacuum Suction filtration is used for solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid filter residue (rich in hemicellulose and lignin), and the solid filter residue is washed with water.

[0025] (2) Add 5 g of the solid filter residue obtained in step (1) to a 100 mL autoclave, add 50 mL of organic solvent (75v / v% ethanol solution), and the catalyst 0.5g PEG-OSO 3 H, Additive (catalyst promoter) 0.05g manganese chloride, stirred and reacted at 150°C for 30min; after the reaction was completed, the obtained hydrolysate was rapidly cooled, filtered, and the filtrate was measured for reducing sugar by the DNS method. Abstract

The invention provides a hydrolysis method of a wood fiber raw material. The hydrolysis method comprises the following steps: (1) adding an alkaline water solution of hydrogen peroxide into the wood fiber raw material to react; after the reaction is finished, filtering and separating to obtain filter residues (containing rich holocellulose) and filtrate; (2) after washing the filter residues with water, adding the filter residues into a high-pressure reaction kettle; adding an organic solvent, a catalyst and a catalyst auxiliary agent into the high-pressure reaction kettle to carry out a hydrolysis reaction; after the reaction is finished, filtering, wherein the filtrate contains reduced monosaccharide; (3) adding absolute ethyl alcohol into the filtrate of the step (1) and adjusting the pH value to be 5 to 6 by organic acid; after standing, filtering and separating to obtain filter residues and another kind of filtrate, wherein the filter residues are hemicellulose; taking the filtrate and carrying out rotary evaporation to remove ethanol; then adjusting the pH value to be 1 to 2; standing and then centrifuging, and separating to obtain solids, namely lignin. The wood fiber raw material, provided by the invention, has a simple and feasible process, is environmentally friendly, and has low toxin and high lignin removing and recycling rate; the separated holocellulose has high saccharifying efficiency; the industrialization is easy to realize and the hydrolysis method has a wide application prospect.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of utilization of agricultural and forestry biological materials, and specifically relates to a method for hydrolyzing wood fiber raw materials. Background technique [0002] Lignocellulosic raw materials are the most abundant renewable resources on the planet. Using appropriate technologies to convert lignocellulosic raw materials into biomass fuels and bio-based products is of great significance to the sustainable development of my country's economy and society. In lignocellulosic raw materials, cellulose accounts for about 35-45% of the dry weight, hemicellulose accounts for about 20-40%, and lignin accounts for 20-30%. Among them, the use of cellulose and hemicellulose in biomass to produce liquid fuels such as fuel ethanol and butanol through hydrolysis and saccharification is one of the important research directions. Sugar is also an important chemical raw material. At present, the hydrolysis of wood fiber...
