Abstract

The invention discloses a maintenance staff positioning and work management system which comprises a positioning unit, a positioning label, a positioning server, a database server, a terminating machine and a monitor. The positioning unit is composed of four positioning base stations, each positioning base station comprises an omnidirectional antenna and a wireless signal receiver, the positioning label emits pulse signals when being located in the positioning unit, the wireless signal receivers of the positioning base stations receive the pulse signals, obtain information of the distance between the label and the positioning base stations, and further obtain the practical position of the positioning label via calculation; the positioning unit transmits the practical position of the label to the database server and the terminating machine via the positioning server; and the monitor transmits monitoring video information to the terminating machine. The invention also discloses a realization method of the maintenance staff positioning and work management system.
