Embodiment 1

[0038] Synthesis method: add 0.5g sulfuric acid into 14.4g water, stir evenly, then add 0.544g sodium fluoride, 1.2g n-propylamine, 1.4g hexamethylenetetramine, 0.051g aluminum sulfate octadecahydrate in turn under constant stirring , then continue to stir for 30min. Finally, 4.86 g of silica sol with a mass fraction of 40% was added, and after stirring evenly, the gel was aged at room temperature for 8 hours. After that, it was crystallized at 180°C and stirred at 150rpm for 5 days, cooled to room temperature, washed with deionized water and centrifuged three times, and dried at 80°C for 12 hours to obtain the final product.

Embodiment 2

[0041] Using the same conditions as in Example 1, changing the amount of n-propylamine to 4.2g, to obtain the final product. According to the XRD characterization results of the sample, it can be seen that the product has the characteristic diffraction peak of ZSM-39, and the SEM photo shows that the sample has a sheet-like morphology.

Embodiment 3

[0043] Using the same conditions as in Example 1, changing the water consumption is 8g, and the n-propylamine consumption is 1.8g to obtain the final product. According to the XRD characterization results of the sample, it can be seen that the product has the characteristic diffraction peak of ZSM-39, and the SEM photo shows that the sample has a sheet-like morphology.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular sieve synthesis, and concretely relates to a synthetic method of a sheet ZSM-39 molecular sieve. ZSM-39 molecular sieves with sheet morphology have not be reported domestically at present. The synthetic method of the sheet ZSM-39 molecular sieve comprises the following steps: adding weighed solid raw materials comprising a silicon source, an aluminum source, a mineralizer, an organic template and an acidity and alkalinity adjusting agent to a reaction kettle according to a certain sequence, stirring until uniformity, carrying out gel ageing, carrying out hydrothermal crystallization, washing the above obtained crystallization product, filtering, and drying. An XRD result shows that a sample obtained in the invention is the ZSM-39 molecular sieve, and the crystallization degree is good; and an SEM result shows that the product has a uniform sheet morphology. The method can be used in industrial production of the sheet ZSM-39 molecular sieve.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of molecular sieve synthesis, in particular to a method for synthesizing sheet-like ZSM-39 molecular sieves. Background technique [0002] Zeolite is a microporous crystalline aluminosilicate (aluminosilicate), its skeleton is usually composed of silicon-oxygen tetrahedrons and aluminum-oxygen tetrahedrons connected to each other by covalent bonds, and the general chemical formula is [0003] [M 2 (I),M(II)]O·Al 2 o 3 · nSiO2 2 mH 2 o [0004] In the formula, M(I) and M(II) are monovalent and divalent metals (usually Na, Ca, Ka, etc.), respectively, and n is the zeolite silicon-aluminum ratio. Due to its good adsorption performance, high specific surface area, good thermal stability and hydrothermal stability, zeolite molecular sieves are widely used in various fields such as ion exchange, gas storage, and industrial catalysis. [0005] ZSM-39 molecular sieve was developed by Mobil Company of the Unit...
