Embodiment 1

[0038] Weigh 200g of dried shrimps, add 1400ml of 95% ethanol (containing 7ml of acetic acid) for cold soaking at 4-10°C for 4 days, and coarsely filter. The filter residue was cold-soaked once again by repeating the above process. After the two filtrates were combined, the filtrate was obtained by fine filtration, and 58 g of paste was obtained by rotary evaporation (the relative density of the paste was 1.3 as measured at 50° C.).

[0039] Add 300ml pH=3.5H to the paste 2 SO 4 Mix the aqueous solution, put it into the separating funnel, then add 100ml of petroleum ether, mix well and stand still, separate the upper layer of petroleum ether solution and the lower layer of aqueous solution, and repeat the above process with the same amount of (V) petroleum ether to obtain about 300ml of the lower layer of aqueous solution .

[0040]The aqueous solution of the lower layer was put into a separatory funnel, 100ml of ammonia water was added therein and mixed evenly, then 100ml ...

Embodiment 2

[0049] All steps are the same as example 1, except that the loading amount of the paste column chromatography prepared by n-butanol is 3g, and the dibutyl phthalate prepared is 0.6mg, and the results detected by HPLC are as described in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing DBP through waste liquid generated by antarctic krill alkaloid extraction. The method mainly includes the steps that alkaloid is extracted from antarctic krill through hydrochloric acid alcohol, petroleum ether is used for removing ester, aqueous ammonia is used for adjusting pH and then chloroforming is conducted for extracting the alkaloid. Impurities of the obtained waste liquid are removed through ethyl acetate, the ratio of petroleum ether to ethyl acetate obtained through n-butanol extraction and column chromatography separation is 1:3, elution, collection and spin drying are conducted, and dibutyl phthalate with the purity larger than or equal to 97% is obtained through HPLC preparation and ablution. According to the method, the dibutyl phthalate is prepared by means of the waste liquid of antarctic krill alkaloid extraction, the waste liquid of antarctic krill alkaloid extraction is fully used, and use is environmentally friendly. Besides, the prepared dibutyl phthalate has good application value, the product chain of an antarctic krill product is prolonged, additional value of the product is increased, and the purity of the extracted dibutyl phthalate is over 97%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing DBP by using waste liquid extracted from antarctic krill to extract alkaloids, which belongs to the fields of chemistry, medicine and food. [0002] technical background [0003] Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP) is one of the phthalates and is mainly used as a plasticizer for nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, polyvinyl fluoride, polystyrene, etc. It can impart good flexibility to polyvinyl chloride and polystyrene products. Due to its relatively cheap price and good processing performance, it is widely used in China. This product is an excellent plasticizer for nitrocellulose with strong gelling ability. Used in nitrocellulose coatings, it has a good softening effect. Excellent stability, flex resistance, adhesion and water resistance. In addition, this product can also be used as a plasticizer for polyethyl acetate, alkyd resin, ethyl cellulose, neoprene, and natural rubber, and can also be used for the manuf...
