The preparation method comprises: firstly modifying a porous alpha-Al2O3 carrier by using 3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilane, wherein the carrier and the ZIF-9 membrane can be better connected together; and secondly, putting the modified carrier in mother liquor for synthesizing the ZIF-9 membrane, firstly raising the reaction temperature to 80 DEG C at a certain rate and maintaining the temperature for a period of time, raising the reaction temperature to 130 DEG C at a certain rate and maintaining the temperature for a period of time, and finally reducing the reaction temperature to room temperature, wherein the ZIF-9 membrane is synthesized.
