Embodiment 1

[0011] Embodiment 1: (preparation method of 27% Fengjiamycin & Tetramycin P & Tetramycin B & Tetramycin A)

[0012] Follow these steps:

[0013] (1) Activation culture of strains: move the separated and preserved amylase chromogenous Streptomyces D strain to the slant of Gaoshi No. 1 in the test tube, and cultivate it until the slant of the test tube is covered with spores under the condition of 28°C±1°C;

[0014] (2) Fermentation culture: The fermentation medium contains 20g of soybean cake powder, 15g of corn flour, 10g of bran, and NH 4 NO 3 3g, (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 5g, CaCO 3 5g, MgSO 4 1g, sterilized, cooled to 40°C, inoculated under aseptic conditions a spore of Streptomyces chromogenicum D, a metalloplatinous amylase, into the fermentation medium, and cultured at 28°C ± 1°C for 5 days;

[0015] (3) Extraction of fermented product: After the fermentation is completed, the fermented liquid is collected by centrifugation, added an equal volume of ethyl acetate for extract...

Embodiment 2

[0016] Example 2: (Application of 27% Toyocamycin & Tetramycin P & Tetramycin B & Tetramycin A fungicides in the control of brown planthopper)

[0017] Follow these steps:

[0018] (1) For TN1 rice plants at the tillering and jointing stage, remove part of the roots and base leaf sheaths, wash them, and dry them naturally;

[0019] (2) Use clean water as the control, 0.04g / L imidacloprid liquid treatment as the positive control, and spray the final concentration of 27% toyocamycin&tetramycin P&tetramycin B&tetramycin A fungicide, the requirement The droplet distribution of liquid medicine is uniform, the coverage rate is high, and the amount of liquid medicine is appropriate. It is advisable to wet the surface of the target object without loss, and dry it naturally;

[0020] (3) Put the main stems of rice seedlings treated in step (2) into large test tubes filled with 20ml of rice culture solution in advance, one rice seedling in each test tube, and put them into each test tu...

Embodiment 3

[0023] Embodiment 3: (the effect of 27% Fengjiamycin & Tetramycin P & Tetramycin B & Tetramycin A fungicide on brown planthopper nymphs and adults)

[0024] Follow these steps:

[0025] (1) For TN1 rice plants at the tillering and jointing stage, remove part of the roots and base leaf sheaths, wash them, and dry them naturally;

[0026] (2) With clean water as the control, the final concentration of spraying is 27% toyocamycin&tetramycin P&tetramycin B&tetramycin A, which requires uniform distribution of liquid droplets, high coverage rate and appropriate amount of liquid medicine , it is advisable to wet the surface of the target object without loss, and let it dry naturally;

[0027] (3) Put the main stems of rice seedlings treated in step (2) into a large test tube filled with 20ml of rice culture solution in advance, and insert 3 rice seedlings into each tube, and insert the 3rd instar brown planthopper nymphs (or newly emerged brachypterous female adults) ) 30 heads, wi...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of biological prevention and control and especially relates to a use of a fungicide in prevention and control of brown planthopper filial generation. The fungicide which has toyocamycin, tetramycin P, tetrin B and tetramycin A total content of 27% is used for prevention and control of brown planthopper filial generation, wherein toyocamycin content is 5.58% by mass, tetramycin P content is 7.09% by mass, tetrin B content is 4.44% by mass and tetramycin A content is 9.64% by mass. The fungicide comprising toyocamycin, tetramycin P, tetrin B and tetramycin A can prevent or inhibit yeast-like symbiote entrance into ovarian tissue from female brown planthopper adult hemolymph thereby influencing a brown planthopper reproductive system, reducing egg laying amount and substantially reducing egg hatchability because of symbiotic bacterium loss so that brown planthopper filial generation is effectively controlled.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biological control, in particular to the application of a fungicide in the control of offspring of brown planthopper. Background technique [0002] The brown planthopper is an important rice pest in Asia, and it is also a major pest in the Yangtze River Basin, South China and Southwest China, causing great harm to rice production in my country. The existing control methods mainly control BPH by popularizing insect-resistant rice varieties or by spraying insecticides. Insect-resistant rice varieties have a certain control effect on the population of brown planthoppers in the short term, but brown planthoppers have strong adaptability to insect-resistant rice varieties. Generally, three generations of breeding can adapt to the variety resistance, so insecticides are needed for control brown planthopper. However, due to the large and frequent use of chemical insecticides, the brown planthopper has develope...
