Embodiment 1

[0092] The preparation method of strengthening the salt-tolerant microbial bacterial agent:

[0093](1) Enrichment of strains: Weigh 10g of the compost sample and place it in a sterile Erlenmeyer flask, add 100mL of sterile water and shake evenly, then take 10mL of the suspension and put it in a Erlenmeyer flask filled with 100mL of enrichment medium , shake culture at 28°C, 220r / min for 3 days, which is the mixed microbial flora;

[0094] (2) Strengthening the cultivation of drought-resistant strains: the method of gradually increasing the concentration of PEG6000 is carried out. During the strengthening process, depending on the OD 600 Increase the concentration of PEG6000 gradually, the concentration of PEG6000 increases with a gradient of 50 g / L, and the final target is 250 g / L; the concentration of PEG6000 is (w / w) 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% %, every time the concentration of PEG6000 is increased, after the growth of bacteria is stable, continue to increase the concentrat...

Embodiment 2

[0097] The method of improving the drought resistance of turf production by strengthening the microbial agent of garbage composting:

[0098] (1) Experimental materials: Lawn grasses were selected to select tall fescue with full grains and uniformity ( Festuca arundinacea L.) Seeds are the test materials;

[0099] Campus soil: pH 7.44, salt content 0.29%, organic matter content 4.68%, total nitrogen content 0.21%, available phosphorus content 22.03mg·kg -1 , total potassium 45.61 g·kg -1 , bulk density 0.46 g·L -1 , saturated water content 0.58 g·mL -1 ;

[0100] (2) Enhanced preparation of compound microbial agents: Cultivate the screened Bacillus cereus and Bacillus lysine at 30°C and 180r / min for 32h, and Rhodotorula viscosus at 28°C and 220r / min for 32h, using 600 nm (Fungus uses 560 nm) wavelength for turbidimetric measurement, with the OD value of the bacterial suspension as the vertical axis and the culture time as the horizontal axis, the growth curve of the micro...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving sod production drought resistance by adopting an enhanced garbage compost microbial agent. The enhanced drought-resistant microbial agent comprises enhanced bacillus cereus, enhanced lysine bacillus and enhanced rhodotorula gracitis in the weight ratio being 1:1:1. Bacillus cereus, lysine bacillus and rhodotorula gracitis are enhanced by gradually increasing concentration of PEG (polyethylene glycol) 6000, in the enhancing process, the concentration of PEG 6000 is gradually increased with increase of OD (optical density) 600 on the gradient of 50g / L and grows towards the ultimate goal of 250g / L; the concentrations of PEG 6000 are 5% (w / w), 10% (w / w), 15% (w / w), 20% (w / w) and 25% (w / w) respectively; after each time of increase of the concentration of PEG 6000 and stable growth increment of thalluses, the concentration of the PEG 6000 is continuously increased, and the drought-resistant mixed microbial flora are enhanced stage by stage. Meanwhile, the invention discloses an application of the enhanced drought-resistant microbial agent in improving biomass of festuca arundinace under the drought stress.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and relates to a method for improving the drought resistance of turf production by adopting enhanced garbage composting microbial bacterial agents. Background technique [0002] Microbial agents, especially compound microbial agents composed of a variety of microorganisms, are biotechnology developed in recent years with broad application prospects. Microbial agents can not only repair oil-contaminated soil and degrade organic pollutants in water bodies, but also prevent and control pests and diseases, promote crop production and increase production and income. Some microbial agents can improve the stress resistance of plants. Since the 1970s, European and American Japan and other countries or regions have successfully developed some composite bacterial agents, many of which have begun large-scale production and formed serialized products. Among them, EM (Effective Microorganism...
