Embodiment 1

[0028] Embodiment 1 (moisture control):

[0029] The low-temperature high-dose-rate irradiation sterilization method for gelatin anaerobic packaging comprises the following steps:

[0030] 1) Place MgCl in the inner bottom of the vacuum desiccator 2 , NH 4 NO 3 、KNO 3 Place the gelatin on the dividing plate, after balancing for 48h, record the water content of the gelatin with a moisture meter to be 4.64% (mass) (sample of the present invention), 8.64% (mass) (sample of the present invention) ), 18.22% (mass) (the sample of the comparative example). Take gelatin and the mode that water is directly and rapidly mixed in different proportions to obtain water content of 33%, 50%, 66% and 80% (mass) of gelatin (a total of 5 parts of gelatin of comparative examples, control different moisture).

[0031] Another portion of gelatin was air-dried at 50° C. to constant weight to obtain a sample with a water content of 0% (mass) (the sample of the present invention).

Abstract

The invention relates to a sterilization method of gelatin, in particular to an anaerobic packing low-temperature and high-dosage-rate irradiation sterilization method of the gelatin. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) drying the gelatin at low temperature; (2) vacuumizing or carrying out anaerobic packing on the dried gelatin, wherein in the anaerobic packing process, N2 gas with volume of more than or equal to 75% or CO2 gas with volume of more than or equal to 75% is filled; (3) precooling the gelatin packaged in the step (2) for 6-12 hours at the temperature of 0-10 DEG C, wherein a heat preservation box is taken as external packing; (4) irradiating by one of the two methods, wherein one method comprises the steps of irradiating the gelatin which is precooled and packaged in the step (3) by a cobalt-60 source ray with the dosage rate of more than 200Gy / min to obtain the irradiated and sterilized gelatin, wherein the adsorbed dose range is 4-8kGy; the other method comprises the steps of irradiating the gelatin which is precooled and packaged in the step (3) by an electron beam with the dosage rate of more than 10000Gy / min to obtain the irradiated and sterilized gelatin, wherein the adsorbed dose range is 4-8kGy. The method solves the problem that the gel strength and the viscosity of the gelatin are greatly reduced after the gelatin is irradiated, so that the application value of the gelatin is reduced or lost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of agricultural product processing and preservation, and relates to a gelatin sterilization method, in particular to a low-temperature, high-dose-rate irradiation sterilization method for gelatin anaerobic packaging. Background technique [0002] Irradiation is a kind of physical, chemical and biological effects produced by the interaction between ionizing rays and substances to achieve the purpose of insecticide and sterilization. The two advantages of strong ray penetrating power and cold sterilization are especially suitable for disinfection and sterilization of tissue materials, medicines, and medical supplies, ensuring biological safety and extending shelf life. Irradiation is currently widely used as gelatin and capsule sterilization. It has been found in the application that negative effects often occur during the irradiation process, leading to problems such as decreased gelatin viscosity, fragile capsules, a...
