Problems solved by technology

[0012] In vitro antibacterial experiments have shown that although various plant extracts have different antibacterial spectrums and show broad-spectrum antibacterial properties, the secondary metabolites of traditional anti-inflammatory Chinese herbal medicines are harmful to bacteria (including Gram-positive bacteria and Gram-positive bacteria). Negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, etc.) have good antibacterial ability, and have different antibacterial abilities against fungi (including yeast and mold, such as Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger, etc.); Phytoantibacterial peptides have antibacterial ability against bacteria and fungi, especially against fungi; the antimicrobial activity of phytoantimicrobial peptides is mainly manifested in high-efficiency antifungal, and also has inhibitory effect on some Gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria

Embodiment 1

[0037] The preparation process of this plant preservative is illustrated below with a specific example:

[0038] 1. Taking the preparation of 100g of this biological preservative as an example, weigh the raw materials according to the prescription ratio.

[0039] 2. Fully mix and stir the above-mentioned citral, vanillin, anisic acid, magnolol and deionized water in a mixing kettle, and add citric acid under the stirring state to make the pH of the solution to 6.8-7.2.

[0040] 3. Add deionized water to the obtained solution to 100g to obtain the plant preservative.

[0041] The plant preservative prepared by the above method has broad antibacterial spectrum, can inhibit Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus, is derived from natural sources, has no toxic and side effects, and has the effects of natural moisturizing and the like. Not only can it be used as a safe preservative in cosmetics, but it can also play a role ...

Embodiment 2

[0044] The plant-derived product prepared by the above method is used as a cosmetic preservative to prepare a facial mask to illustrate its application in cosmetics.

[0045] By weight, the ratio of choosing the above-mentioned biological preservative in the facial mask formula is 50%.

[0046] A. According to the formula of the mask, other ingredients other than the biological preservative ingredients are prepared according to the process;

[0047] B. In step A, under the stirring of 200r / min, the temperature is below 40°C, and the biological preservative is added slowly and continuously;

[0048] C, after fully stirring, let it stand for 30 minutes;

[0049] D. Filling and packaging

Embodiment 3

[0051] The plant preservative prepared by the above method and a single raw material are carried out antibacterial test, test with Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans as inoculum, adopt K~B disc method test to compare them difference in antibacterial ability.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preservative composition derived from plants. A cosmetic preservative composition mainly comprises following plant source substances in percentage by weight: 0.05-10% of citral, 0.05-10% of vanillin, 0.05-10% of anisic acid and 0.05-10% of magnolol. The preservative composition is relatively wide in antibacterial spectrum and can be used as a preservative to be used for cosmetics to take the effects of inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fungi; and antibacterial components of the composition are selected from plant active substances both used as medicines and foods, have no harms to a human body, have no irritation, no allergy and no toxic or side effect, and can be safely applied to the cosmetics. The cosmetic preservative can be used for effectively inhibiting microorganisms in the cosmetics from breeding and can replace or reduce the use amount of a chemically synthetic preservative when used for the cosmetics, so that the irritation caused by the chemically synthetic preservative in a product is reduced and the product safety is improved; and meanwhile, the stability of the cosmetics is not influenced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preservative prescription, in particular to a cosmetic preservative composed of plant-derived substances according to weight percentage. technical background [0002] Vanillin, also known as vanillin, is a widely used edible spice with a strong milky aroma. The chemical name is 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde. Vanillin is used as a commonly used spice, and it is found that vanillin has antibacterial and bactericidal ability to bacterial species. The vanillin can play the role of antiseptic and antibacterial while being used as a spice to add flavor, and provide a broader space for the vanillin to be used in the cosmetics industry. Vanillin has antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) on Escherichia coli is 0.235%. Vanillin has antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of vanillin on Staphylococcus aureus is 0.294%. Vanillin...
