Embodiment

[0024] Cornstarch 8g

[0025] Sodium hydroxide (30% solution) 7g

[0026] Hydrogen peroxide (30% solution) 1.5g

[0027] Borax 0.5g

[0028] Epichlorohydrin 10g

[0029] Sodium carboxymethylcellulose 0.05g

[0030] water up to 100g

[0031] First add total water and starch into the reactor with agitator, heat to 65°C, stir well and then add sodium hydroxide solution to make the pH of the solution 9~10;

[0032] Add hydrogen peroxide, raise the temperature to 50~80℃ for oxidation reaction, and the oxidation time is 15~20 minutes;

[0033] Add propylene oxide to carry out etherification reaction, and the reaction time is 7 hours;

[0034] Add remaining sodium hydroxide to carry out gelatinization reaction for 40 minutes;

[0035] After the gelatinization reaction is completed, add an appropriate amount of borax, and stir quickly and evenly;

[0036] Add sodium carboxymethyl cellulose dissolved in warm water and mix well to obtain the product.

Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a CMC starch glue which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6-8% of corn starch, 5-8% of sodium hydroxide (30% of solution), 0.5-2% of hydrogen peroxide (30% of solution), 0.3-1% of borax, 6-12% of epoxy chloropropane, 0.05-0.2% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the balance of water, totaling 100%. By adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose to consume redundant water and forming high polymers by virtue of hydroxylation reaction during starch dextrinization, the initial adhesive force and quick dryness of the starch glue are improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of chemical industry, in particular to the manufacture of a kind of CMC starch glue. Background technique [0002] Starch is a non-reducing polyhydroxy substance formed by combining glucose units in the form of α-glucosides through 1, 4. The molecular formula is C 6 h 10 o 5 , is a colorless and odorless white powder. Starch and its hydrolyzate glucose are also important industrial raw materials, which can produce organic compounds such as alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, acids, esters and ethers, many of which are important chemical raw materials. [0003] Starch is rich in resources, cheap, easy to use, and can be modified by other materials. According to the source of variety, starch can be divided into corn starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, sweet potato starch, rice starch, etc., and their shape, composition, particle size, degree of polymerization and gelatinization temperature are all different. Starch is ...
