Abstract

The preparation method comprises the specific steps: adding coal into coal oil according to the volume ratio of V<powder> to V<coal oil> of (0-0.9), and stirring and uniformly distributing; adding the obtained coal oil mixed with the powder into proper amount of deionized water; and stirring to obtain emulsion, namely the needed novel electric spark working solution. According to the novel electric spark working solution provided by the invention, the coal oil is suspended uniformly and is not easy to precipitate and aggregate under the tension effect of the deionized water based on a density balance principle; the novel electric spark working solution has the advantages of no combustion, low pollution, low cost, safety in utilization, small tool electrode loss, high machining efficiency, good quality of a machined surface and the like; the suspension position of the coal oil can be controlled through adjusting the ratio and tool electrode deposited carbon protection is formed to reduce electrode loss; meanwhile, the novel electric spark working solution can be used for machining mixed powder or carrying out reinforcing treatment on the surface of a workpiece.
