Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an alga solution for detecting biological toxicity of haze by fluorescent light and belongs to the technical field of the chlorella pyrenoidosa. The preparation method comprises culture of alga seeds and preparation of the alga solution and specifically comprises the following steps: A, selecting the alga seeds of the chlorella pyrenoidosa and inoculating the alga seeds into a conical beaker filled with a liquid culture medium under a sterile condition; after inoculating, putting the conical beaker into a constant-temperature light illumination culture box to an exponential phase for later use; B, after putting the alga solution, which is cultured to the exponential phase, in a dark place, determining chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics parameters of the alga solution by utilizing a water sample chlorophyll fluorometer; C, selecting the alga solution of the chlorella pyrenoidosa at the exponential phase, which has the cell density range of (1 to 1.2)*10<6>idn / .ml<-1>, according to the chlorophyll fluorescence dynamics parameters of the alga solution in the step B, so as to determine the biological toxicity of the haze. The invention further provides application of the alga solution of the chlorella pyrenoidosa to determination of the biological toxicity of the haze.
