Problems solved by technology

[0004] In recent years, there have been many ways to use microbial deodorants to deodorize. Due to the lack of screening, optimization, combination, symbiosis and fermentation of beneficial bacteria, and technological deficiencies, the inhibition of harmful microorganisms and deodorization effects are not significant and fast enough. not widely used

Embodiment 1

[0033] A kind of composite microorganism deodorant, every milliliter of this composite microorganism deodorant comprises following bacterial classification: photosynthetic bacteria, viable bacteria number is 1.3 * 10 8 CFU; Bacillus, the number of viable bacteria is 1.17×10 8 CFU; Yeast, the number of viable cells is 1.73×10 8 CFU; nitrifying bacteria, the number of viable bacteria is 1.6×10 8 CFU; sulfide bacteria, the number of viable bacteria is 1.7×10 8 CFU; black mold, viable count is 6.3×10 8 CFU; yellow mold, the number of viable bacteria is 6.24×10 8 CFU. The compound microbial deodorant is a dark brown liquid.

[0034] The preparation method of above-mentioned compound microorganism deodorant is characterized in that, comprises the steps:

[0035] 1. Enrichment and isolation of strains

[0036] Enrichment and separation method of photosynthetic bacteria: collect 5g of soil from the sewage of the ditch, put it into a triangular flask containing 45ml of water, an...

Embodiment 2

[0054] It is a compound microbial deodorant made of various microorganisms screened from sewage and garbage, which is compounded after domestication and cultivation of garbage seepage. It is used to treat the odor of municipal solid waste, which can inhibit the growth and reproduction of harmful microorganisms, and inhibit the odor produced by malodorous substances such as sulfur and nitrogen, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the environment and deodorizing. The compound microbial deodorant is prepared according to the ratio in Example 1. Take 500mL and mix it and spray it on 10kg of garbage, and test and add the same amount of water and compound microbial deodorant respectively. Ammonia indicators and hydrogen sulfide indicators on the garbage after 20 hours of commercially available deodorants; repeat the test 3 times, and observe the stability of the results.

Abstract

The invention discloses a composite microbial deodorant and a preparation method thereof. Each liter of the deodorant comprises the following bacteria: photosynthetic bacterium with a viable count of 1.3-7.5*108 CFU, bacillus with a viable count of 0.9-7.8*108 CFU, saccharomycete with a viable count of 1.02-1.92*108 CFU, nitro-bacterium with a viable count of 1-10*108 CFU, thiobacillus with a viable count of 1-6*108 CFU, melanomyces with a viable count of 4.8-13.5*108 CFU, and aspergillus flavus with a viable count of 4.8-11.7*108 CFU. The bacteria mentioned above are basically obtained from garbage, and domesticated by garbage leachate. The deodorant can act on the garbage and garbage leachate, and thus cut off the odor source. The beneficial bacterial colonies can decompose and degrade odorous pollutants in garbage, eliminate the garbage odors, and generate a great amount of beneficial metabolic products and enzymes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and in particular relates to a microbial flora for treating the odor of urban domestic garbage and a preparation process thereof. Background technique [0002] Odor pollution is one of the most intuitive pollutions of garbage and landfills, and it is also the most difficult to deal with. At present, most of the garbage disposal plants are built in places far away from urban areas, so that the odor can be emitted naturally. The main sources of odor in garbage are: 1. Odor gas directly produced and disseminated by garbage degradation; 2. Odor emitted by landfill leachate. As for the source of odor pollution of garbage, the measures generally taken are: 1) Spray deodorant before landfill (transfer station or in landfill area), which can reduce odor, prevent mosquito breeding, and improve the process of garbage degradation . 2) During the landfill process, pay attention to compact...
