Abstract

The invention relates to ivermectin effervescent granules for poultries. The ivermectin effervescent granules for poultries disclosed by the invention are composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-90 parts of ivermectin, 50-80 parts of citric acid, 60-90 parts of sodium bicarbonate, 30-60 parts of polyethylene glycol 6000, 60-90 parts of dextrin, and 80-200 parts of glucose. The ivermectin effervescent granules for poultries disclosed by the invention are prepared by crushing the above raw materials, mixing, granulating, drying and straightening. Different from common granules, the ivermectin effervescent granules for poultries disclosed by the invention contain an effervescent disintegrant; when the effervescent granules are put into drinking water, a large number of bubbles can be generated instantly under the action of the effervescent disintegrant, so that the granules are disintegrated and molten rapidly; therefore, taste buds of animals are stimulated; the release and action time of medicines are increased; furthermore, reagents adopted are conventional medicines, and thus, the ivermectin effervescent granules for poultries disclosed by the invention are low in preparation cost and easy to popularize and apply.
