Problems solved by technology

Since the nickel-based spraying material is a composite powder with uneven particle size and composition, it is impossible for X-rays to irradiate the sample surface uniformly, and there is no complete set of standard substances close to the sample to establish a standard curve, so XRF must be used to accurately analyze nickel The content of boron nitride in matrix composites is more difficult

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for chemically analyzing the content of boron nitride in a nickel-based powder material. The method comprises the steps: separating boron nitride, which is insoluble in acid, in a nickel-based composite spraying material by adopting mixed acid, fusing a boron nitride precipitate by adopting anhydrous sodium carbonate to obtain water-soluble sodium borate, determining emission strength of boron under the working condition of an inductively coupled plasma (ICP) emission spectrometer, and converting the emission strength into the content of boron nitride in a sample. According to the method for chemically analyzing the content of boron nitride in the nickel-based powder material, boron nitride is converted into water-soluble sodium borate by adopting anhydrous sodium carbonate through fusion, the content of boron nitride in the nickel-based composite spraying material is determined by virtue of the plasma atomic emission spectrometer, insoluble boron nitride is converted into soluble borate, and thus the defects of complexity in operation and long consumed time when boron nitride is determined by adopting a volumetric method are prevented; and the method has the advantages of being accurate to analyze and simple and convenient to operate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a chemical analysis method for boron nitride content in nickel-based powder materials. Background technique [0002] A nickel-based powder material is made by mixing boron nitride, silicon dioxide, copper oxide and cadmium oxide powder. At present, the commonly used test method for boron nitride is to measure the nitrogen content in boron nitride, and then convert it into boron nitride The percentage content, Kjeldahl method and Dumas method are generally considered to be classic nitrogen determination methods. The Dumas method is to mix the boron nitride sample with the oxidant (such as lead oxide and lead chromate) in equal amounts, decompose to produce nitrogen, use carbon dioxide as the carrier gas, and collect the nitrogen gas to measure the volume after the exhaust gas absorbs carbon dioxide through the potassium hydroxide solution. , to determine the nitrogen content by volume. The Kjeldahl method is to heat and decomp...
