The thallium ingot ejecting system comprises a travelling crane, a tank body and a hydraulic mechanism. The travelling crane is arranged above the tank body and connected with the tank body through steel cables; the hydraulic mechanism is arranged under the tank body and provided with an upwards-protruded ejecting column, and the axial direction of the ejecting column is vertically disposed; the bottom of the tank body is provided with a movable bottom plate, and the bottom of the tank body under the movable bottom plate is provided with a bottom hole, and the ejecting column is arranged inside the bottom hole. The thallium ingot ejecting methods comprise the steps of hoisting the tank body containing a thallium ingot above the ejecting column, slowly putting down the tank body and driving the ejecting column to eject the thallium ingot through the gravity of the tank body, or clamping the tank body through a clamping mechanism and driving the ejecting column to eject the thallium ingot through the hydraulic mechanism.
