[0045] Weigh the following substances:

[0046] Penetrant 15kg, specifically 15kg of KF;

[0047] Precipitating agent 50kg, specifically 30kg H 3 PO 4 and 20kg Na 2 HPO 4 ;

[0048] PH value regulator 4kg, specifically 4kg Na 3 PO 4;

[0049] Corrosion inhibitor 0.2kg, specifically 0.2kg benzotriazole;

[0050] Surfactant 1kg, specifically 1kg surfactant K-12;

[0051] 30kg of water.

[0052] 30kg H 3PO 4 , 20kg Na 2 HPO 4 , 0.2kg benzotriazole, 1kg surfactant K-12 were added to 30kg water, after mixing evenly, add 15kg KF, fully mix evenly, then add 4kg Na 3 PO 4 Adjust the pH to around 4.5. Make cleaning agent stock solution.

[0053] When in use, dilute the above stock solution 5-10 times with water to become a working solution; in an ultrasonic cleaning machine, at 60-95 ° C, 1-5 minutes can completely remove the gypsum residue on copper products.

[0056] Weigh the following substances:

[0057] Penetrant 30kg, specifically 30kg of KF;

[0058] Precipitant 30kg, specifically 30kg NaH 2 PO 4 ;

[0059] PH value regulator 4.4kg, specifically 4.4kg Na 3 PO 4;

[0060] Corrosion inhibitor 0.3kg, specifically 0.3kg imidazoline;

[0061] Surfactant 0.1kg, specifically 0.1kg surfactant AES;

[0062] 35kg of water.

[0063] 30kg NaH 2 PO 4 , 0.3kg of imidazoline and 0.1kg of surfactant AES were added to 35kg of water and mixed; then 30kg of KF was added, fully mixed evenly at 40-50°C, and then 4.4 parts of Na 3 PO 4 Adjust the pH to around 4.5. Make cleaning agent stock solution.

[0064] When in use, dilute the above stock solution 5-10 times with water to become a working solution; in an ultrasonic cleaning machine, at 60-95 ° C, 1-5 minutes can completely remove the gypsum residue on zinc alloy or copper-tin alloy products.

Abstract

The invention relates to a detergent for removing gypsum residues on a dewaxing handicraft. The stock solution is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 1-30 parts of penetrant, 5-50 parts of precipitant, 1-4.4 parts of pH regulator, 0.1-0.3 part of corrosion inhibitor, 0.1-1 part of surfactant and 30-92.7 parts of water. The penetrant is one or mixture of more of the following acids or salts capable of providing free fluorine ions: hydrofluoric acid, and sodium salt or potassium salt or ammonium salt thereof; fluoboric acid, and potassium salt or sodium salt or ammonium salt thereof; sodium bifluoride; potassium hydrogen fluoride; and ammonium acid fluoride. The detergent has favorable gypsum residue removal effect, does not generate the volatile toxic gas hydrofluoric acid, and has the characteristics of environmental protection, high economy and high efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of industrial cleaning, in particular to a cleaning agent capable of effectively removing gypsum residues on lost-wax craft products. Background technique [0002] The lost wax casting process is currently the main means of mass production of jewelry, handicrafts and other products. It is widely used in molding of gold, silver, copper, lead, copper-tin alloy and other metals. There are a lot of gypsum (CaSO 4 ) residues, if these residues are not completely removed, it will affect subsequent processes such as surface electroplating, finishing, etc., and become unqualified products. [0003] The traditional method of removing gypsum residue is to use hydrofluoric acid, and the reaction principle is as follows: [0004] CaSO 4 + HF = CaF 2 + H 2 SO 4 [0005] The hydrofluoric acid in this method is a corrosive and hazardous chemical that is strictly controlled. A large amount of hydrofluoric acid ne...
