Abstract

The detection method comprises the following steps: heating a water sample to which potassium persulfate is added in an alkaline and closed environment, and performing digestion for 1-10 minutes after heating to 70-110 DEG C; and then changing the pH value of the water sample for realizing an acid environment, and continuing to perform digestion on the water sample at 125-250 DEG C for 1-10 minutes, thereby obtaining the water sample in complete digestion, wherein the corrosion to a testing vessel by a high-temperature alkaline environment is prevented, and the high temperature of 125-250 DEG C accelerates the digestion process of the water sample; then determining the total nitrogen content by utilizing an existing ultraviolet spectrophotometry; and adding an ammonium molybdate reagent to the water sample after complete digestion, and determining the content of the total phosphorus in the water sample by utilizing the ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry.
