Problems solved by technology

In this design, the camera is not installed on the central axis, and the three-beam laser is not used for positioning. Therefore, this design has limitations for precise target positioning and element distribution measurement of irregular samples.
And in the LIBS equipment, there is no ambient gas nozzle design, which also limits its application in basic research and elemental analysis under special ambient gases

Embodiment 1

[0031] Example 1: see figure 2 , a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopic elemental analyzer with precise target point positioning, its main feature is that it includes a pulse laser 1 that transmits the laser beam to the analysis sample 19 in the sample chamber 4 through a laser transmission system 2, and the target point is precisely positioned The system 3 is set on the sample chamber 4 , and the target precise positioning system 3 is connected with the spectrometer 6 through the transmission optical fiber 5 . The spectrometer uses a commercial fiber optic spectrometer or an echelle spectrometer equipped with an image-enhanced CCD detector.

[0032]The pulse laser system 1 in the LIBS analysis device usually adopts Nd:YAG commercial laser products, the output pulse width is on the order of nanoseconds, and has fixed wavelength and frequency-doubled wavelength output. According to different experimental needs, picosecond, femtosecond laser system, etc.

Embodiment 2

[0042] Example 2: A laser-induced breakdown spectroscopic element analyzer with precise target positioning, which is used for the analysis of irregular samples such as minerals and rocks. The structure is the same as that of Example 1, except that a mobile power supply is used instead of a sample chamber. Directly focus the laser beam on the target sample in the field to measure and analyze the elements in it.

[0043] Usually LIBS spectral analysis is very sensitive to laser power density, therefore, the flatness of the sample surface will have a great influence on LIBS analysis results. For untreated ore samples, etc., the surface is very uneven, and without careful focus and optimized fiber collection coupling, it is likely that no signal will be detected. But adopt the LIBS analyzer with the accurate positioning of target point of the present invention, because three points can determine a plane, and the common focal point of these three beams of lasers is collinear with o...

Embodiment 3

[0044] Embodiment 3: A laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy elemental analyzer for precise target positioning, laser mass spectrometry or spectral analysis under vacuum conditions. See Figure 7 and Figure 8 , the CCD camera system 16 is set on the conical surface of the metal base 3-1, and the pulse valve 25 is set at the center of the metal base 3-1 in a vacuum-tight connection mode; at the same time, the stainless steel material is used to process the positioning base 3-1, And the edge of the flange is processed on the end surface of the cylinder, and it is sealed and docked with the vacuum chamber to be connected. The precise target point positioning system of the present invention can be used for laser ablation mass spectrometry and spectrum analysis positioning under vacuum conditions, and can realize in-situ sample ablation outside the vacuum cavity, mass spectrometry analysis in the vacuum cavity and other functions. All the other structures are the same as in Examp...

Abstract

The invention relates to an elemental analyzer, and in particular relates to a laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) elemental analyzer. An accurate target point positioning laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy elemental analyzer is mainly characterized by comprising a pulse laser, wherein a laser beam is conducted onto an analysis sample inside a sample room through a laser transmission system; an accurate target point positioning system is arranged on the sample room; a target sample emission spectrum is connected with a spectrograph through a transmission optical fiber of the accurate target point positioning system. The elemental analyzer has the advantages that the whole suit of LIBS analyzer consists of a laser system, a light guide system, a positioning system and the sample room which are independent, so that the elemental analyzer can be taken as one piece of equipment and also can be used by conveniently replacing laser sources with different parameters, or an in-situ sample can be directly analyzed without using the sample room; the application range of the analyzer is enlarged, and the practicability and the commercialization of an instrument are promoted. The accurate target point positioning system can realize the micron dimension positioning of three-dimensional space and the automatic correction of target points, so that the accuracy of measurement and analysis results of the analysis instrument is improved, and the sensibility of analytical elements of the instrument is promoted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an element analyzer, in particular to an element analyzer for laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. Background technique [0002] Elemental analysis has a wide range of application requirements in various fields such as metallurgy, food safety, environmental monitoring, and space exploration. Commonly used element analysis methods include X-ray fluorescence analyzer, inductively coupled plasma spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, etc. However, traditional elemental analysis instruments often require sampling and pretreatment of the samples before they can be analyzed. Some analysis methods have relatively large restrictions on the shape of the sample and the types of elements to be analyzed. [0003] Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) technology is an analysis method that uses a strong laser to focu...
