Abstract

A medium voltage fire resistant cable for an airport terminal comprises insulation wire cores wrapped by an insulation shielding layer and a copper belt shielding layer. At least one insulation wire core forms a cable core. The cable core is sequentially wrapped by an oxygen separation cooling layer, a heat insulation layer, a fire blocking layer and a nonflammable outer sheath layer. Each insulation wire core is composed of a copper conductor and a conductor shielding layer and an insulation layer which wrap the copper conductor. The fire resistant cable can avoid the contradiction between the electric performance and the fire resistance of the cable, has good electric performance and has good fire resistance.
