Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrorefining method of inferior gasoline. The method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing inferior gasoline raw materials with thermal loaded oil and hydrogen, reacting in a fluidized bed pretreatment reactor; allowing the effluent of the hydrogenation pretreatment to pass through a gasoline hydrogenation reactor in an upward flowing manner without gas-liquid separation, performing a hydrodesulfurization reaction; allowing the effluent of the hydrogenation reaction to enter a high temperature high pressure separator to obtain gas and thermal loaded oil, returning the liquid as thermal loaded oil to step (1) for recycle; allowing the obtained gas to enter a low temperature high pressure separator, treating the obtained hydrogen-rich gas for recycle, and performing gas stripping of the liquid so as to be used as a gasoline blending component or a chemical raw material.
