Embodiment 1

[0043] 0.10mmol / L tryptophan aqueous solution (pH = 1 adjusted with concentrated hydrochloric acid) was used as the donor phase, and the acceptor phase was 0.10mol / L NaOH solution (pH = 13). The stirring extraction time was 200min and the stirring speed was 400rpm. Deep eutectic solvent (choline chloride and p-toluenesulfonic acid in a molar ratio of 1:2) supports hydrophilic mixed cellulose liquid membrane to extract tryptophan, and the effective membrane area is 5cm 2 , using a UV spectrophotometer to detect the concentration change of tryptophan before and after extraction of the donor phase and the acceptor phase at a wavelength of 278nm, the concentration of tryptophan in the donor phase is 0.014mmol / L, and the calculated extraction rate is 86.1%.

The supported liquid membrane provided by the invention has good stability and high tryptophan extraction efficiency.
