The peony embryonic callus is induced through adopting an MS culture medium which contains special components after modification (such as substances of 6-BA, KT cytokinin, TDZ plant growth regulators, PIC herbicide as well as casein hydrolysate); aiming at a peony embryo explant, the induction rate of the peony callus can achieve 100% by adopting the specific culture method provided by the invention, wherein the induction rate of embryonic callus can achieve 86% above.
