Abstract

The multifunctional projection capacitor touch panel comprises an outer cover touch substrate, a driving substrate and a sensing feedback substrate. The outer cover touch substrate on the uppermost layer is made of tempered glass, transparent materials are sprayed or etched on the upper surface of the outer cover touch substrate, roughness and touch are improved, and outdoor intense light is resistant. The driving substrate is a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) or PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) flexible substrate or glass substrate. The sensing feedback substrate is a glass substrate. Both the driving substrate and the sensing feedback substrate are provided with transparent conductive circuits. After the transparent conductive circuits are led to the lateral side by a circuit made from conductive materials on lateral side of the integral transparent conductive circuits, the driving substrate and the controller are connected, and the circuits are protected by transparent insulation materials coated thereon. The three substrates are glued by optical adhesives. The touch panel and the manufacturing method thereof have the advantages of manufacturability, especially for products larger than 15 inches, yield rate is high, material waste is reduced, the sensing layer feels smoother when touched with fingers, and external force impact resistance of the three substrates is improved remarkably.
