The vibration sensor is connected with the mainframe through a signal acquisition interface and contacted with to-be-measured equipment through a magnetic absorbing seat. The sensor transmits a measured vibration signal to the signal conditioning board through a mining signal cable, the signal conditioning board converts the vibration signal into a vibration acceleration signal, a speed signal and a displacement signal, the data acquisition signal acquires the three signals, the binary data acquired by the acquisition card is stored on a CF (compact flash) storage card through motherboard control, and data wave of the acquired data is displayed on the display screen.
