The technology is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) pretreatment of raw materials; (2) crude extraction; (3) extraction in the high-voltage pulsed electric field: adding 30% of acetic acid solution according to a ratio of feed to liquid being 1:(18-22), placing the mixed liquid in the high-voltage pulsed electric field, and extracting for 1-2 hours at 35-45 DEG C, the electric field intensity of 8-10kv.cm<-1> and pulse number of 8-12 to obtain an extracting solution; and (4) purification: filtering the extracting solution under reduced pressure, and separating and extracting with macroporous resin to obtain the beta-molting hormone.
