Abstract

The invention relates to an anaerobic denitrification phosphorus-accumulating bacteria strain with denitrification and phosphorous removal effects and application thereof. The strain is named as Paenibacillus lautus CL-5, belongs to bright bacillus CL-5 and has the collection number of CCTCC NO: M2012227. The strain is separated and screened from sludge of a double sludge sequencing batch type reactor (DSSBR) when anoxia is ended. The strain is long in growth period and enters the logarithmic phase within 48 hours, the nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate of the strain is respectively 57.5 percent and 50.2 percent in the previous 24 hours, and the nitrogen and phosphorus removal rate in the whole growth period is respectively 72.3 percent and 64.1 percent. The final denitrification product is identified into nitrogen, so that the strain has complete denitrification capacity, and the nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and other inorganic nitrogen in the water body can be directly reduced into harmless nitrogen to be discharged out of the water body. The performance detection of the strain proves that the process for treating the nitrogen-containing wastewater by employing the strain is simple, the treatment effect is high-efficiency and stable, NO, N2O and other greenhouse gas are not generated, and air pollution is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the cultivation and application of an anaerobic denitrifying phosphorus-accumulating bacterium capable of denitrification and phosphorus removal, and belongs to the field of environmental microorganisms. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of my country's economy, water pollution has become a major concern of all sectors of society. At present, total nitrogen and total phosphorus are the most harmful to water bodies. A large amount of nitrogen and phosphorus entering the water will cause a sharp deterioration of the water environment. The main harm lies in the eutrophication of the water body. increased to 55%, while the proportion of oligotrophic water bodies decreased from 3.2% to 0.53%. The eutrophication of the water body promotes the massive reproduction of algae. After the excessive reproduction, a large number of algae decay and die, which provides a rich substrate for the growth of heterotrophic mi...
