The preparation method comprises the following steps of: crushing the valeriana jatamansi jones, the rhizome atractylodis and the elecampane; soaking with cold water, distilling, and extracting volatile oil; decocting obtained medicine dregs with water for three times, and concentrating water decoction liquid; crushing the coptis chinensis, adding a proper amount of alcohol in the crushed crude powder for infiltration; and extracting, screening in a 100-mesh sieve, pelletizing, adding the volatile oil obtained in the step A, finishing, splitting, and sterilizing to obtain the antidiarrheal particle.
