Embodiment 1

[0018] Prepare 100g of 5% 5'-cytidylic acid solution with distilled water, weigh 100g of coarse-porous silica gel, slowly add the solution into the silica gel, stir evenly, soak for 0.5 hours to make it fully infiltrated; Initiate a thermal reaction at °C and bake under this condition for 24 hours to allow the material to fully react and dry, then naturally cool to room temperature, sieve to remove fine powder and take 40-60 mesh particles for use.

[0019] The prepared additive was added to cigarette filters at 40mg / stick, and the smoke test results showed that the material could effectively reduce hydrocyanic acid (HCN) in smoke by 12.6%.

Embodiment 2

[0021] Prepare 100g of 10% 5'-cytidylic acid solution with distilled water, weigh 90g of activated carbon, slowly add the solution to the activated carbon, stir evenly, soak for 1 hour to make it fully infiltrated; move the wet particles into an oven, 100°C Bake for 16 hours to make the material fully dry, cool to room temperature naturally, sieve to remove fine powder and take 40-60 mesh particles for use.

[0022] The prepared additive was added to cigarette filters at a rate of 40mg / cigarette, and the smoke test results showed that the material could effectively reduce hydrocyanic acid (HCN) in smoke by 19.1%.

Embodiment 3

[0024] Prepare 100g of 0.15% sodium 5'-cytidylate solution with distilled water, weigh 50g of alumina, slowly add the solution to the alumina, stir evenly, soak for 1 hour to fully infiltrate; move the wet particles into the oven at 90° Bake at C for 10 hours to fully dry the material, cool to room temperature naturally, sieve to remove fine powder and take 40-60 mesh granules for later use.

[0025] The prepared additive was added to cigarette filters at a rate of 40mg / cigarette, and the smoke test results showed that the material could effectively reduce hydrocyanic acid (HCN) in smoke by 8.5%.

Abstract

The invention discloses a cigarette filter stick additive capable of reducing harm, as well as an application method of the cigarette filter stick additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: taking one or more of 5'-cytidine monophosphate, 5'-sodium cytidylate, 5'-potassium cytidylate and poly 5'- cytidine monophosphate as active ingredients; taking silica gel, activated carbon, aluminum oxide and sodium alginate as carriers; loading the active ingredients on surfaces of the carriers by a surface chemical reaction to obtain loaded type materials; adding the prepared loaded type materials into a cigarette filter stick to prepare a composite filter stick; and rolling up the cigarette. The analysis shows that the cigarette with the loaded type materials can effectively reduce content of HCN (hydrogen cyanide) in the smoke by 8-29%. The cigarette filter stick additive capable of reducing harm is safe, stable, simple in preparation method and convenient to industrially produce at large scale.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of cigarette manufacturing, and in particular relates to a cigarette mouthpiece additive with harm reduction effect and a preparation and application method thereof. Background technique [0002] In recent years, people have carried out a lot of research on reducing the release of hydrocyanic acid in cigarette smoke. The methods that can be used mainly include diluting the smoke concentration, adding expanded tobacco or tobacco sheets, adding combustion enhancers, and using catalysts. In the early 1980s, Kiyoshi Ichikawa of Japan invented an activated carbon filter [U.S.Patent 4414988] containing a solution of protoporphyrin compounds impregnated with chelated ferrous ions, which can effectively remove CO and benzo in the flue gas. [a] Pyrene and hydrocyanic acid, etc. Meng Zhaoyu et al. invented a surface-modified mesoporous silicon-based molecular sieve (such as MCM-41, SBA-15, etc.) adsorbent for cigarette tip rod...
